     Mr. Carpenter reported from the committee that they had examined and founs duly enrolled the folling bills:
     S. 392. An act to set apart a certain tract of land lying near the head-waters of the Yellowstone River as a public park.

     The Vice-President signed the enrolledbills (S. 392, S 423, S. 550, H.R. 213, H.R. 1074, H.R. 1333, and H.R. 1417) last reproted to have been examined, and they were delivered to the committee to be presented to the President of the United States.
